Pop-up Shop - Didcot
We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to run a pop up shop in the brand new extention of the Orchard Centre in Didcot. We ran the pop up from March 2018 - June 2019. We stocked over 150 Oxfordshire based Etsy sellers (with one or two Berkshire & Buckinghamshire sellers too). Thank you to all of the customers and sellers that continue to support us and to the sellers that helped staff the shop.
The shop has a selection of handmade items all made by local artists and crafters. There were approximately 30-45 different sellers stocked each week with these changing on a regular basis. This included jewellery, art, prints, candles, greetings cards, children's clothing, bags, furniture, gifts and so much more.
We also ran a number of workshops at the pop up including, upcycling with chalk paint, crochet, knitting, jewellery making, creative writing and lino print making.
Pop-Up Shop - Abingdon
Oxford Etsy Team had their first ever pop up shop open in Abingdon town centre from November - December 2017. We were selling all locally handmade items; jewellery, art, prints, candles, greetings cards, children’s clothing, furniture, bags, accessories and home decorations (as well as vintage items). All of the furniture was made using recycled pallets.
